Shipping Policy:

You will be notified via email/SMS with your order detail and tracking information for the shipment once the order placement is completed.

Local Pick UP Policy:

Local Pick-Up is FREE!

Please choose the Local Pick-Up option at checkout. You will be notified via email/SMS once your package arrives in the store with an email to inform pick up.

Once you’ve received the ready for pick-up email, Please bring your confirmation email or a photo ID when you come to collect your order at our store in Markham, Ontario.

REMARK for all Local Pick Up orders:

Pick Up Address is as below: 

2333 - 8339 Kennedy Road, Markham, On L3R 5T5, Canada (Langham Square Shopping Mall, Unit 2333 at Level 2)

Pick Up Schedule:

Tuesday to Sunday 1:30 pm to 6:30 pm (excluded public holidays)
If an item is needed urgently, please contact us to arrange the preferred schedule to pick it up.
